At BigRidge Hat Co., we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping. We also offer expedited and international shipping options at an additional cost. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Return & Exchange Policy
At BigRidge Hat Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund or exchange it for another item of your choice. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
